These terms apply to this website and to enquiries you send us. A booked audit is confirmed in a separate engagement letter.
Runtime Mesh Core (“we”, “us”) operates this site from 31 Jln Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan 50450, Malaysia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is for
The pages describe independent audits of field service applications. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer that becomes a contract when you submit the form. Prices, where mentioned in conversation, are informational until an engagement letter is signed. This site does not take payment.
Enquiries
The contact form sends a message to our practice. Submitting it does not reserve a week, create a professional appointment, or start an audit. We may decline work that is outside our scope, including software implementation, licence resale, and assignments that would conflict with an existing client.
Accuracy
We take care with descriptions of our audits. Field applications, yards, and contracts differ. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a particular finding, a particular saving, or a particular change in your dispatch, inventory, or SLA figures. Case remarks on the home page are from named operations people who agreed to be quoted; they are not a promise that your week will look the same.
Your use of the site
You may read and share links to public pages. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs it, present our materials as your own, or use the contact form to send bulk or misleading messages. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are being broken.
Intellectual property
The writing, layout, and mark on this site belong to Runtime Mesh Core unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are used under the licences of their public sources. Audit letters we later write for you are handled in the engagement letter, not by these website terms.
Liability
This website is provided as a public description of our practice. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises only from reading or relying on the public pages, or from a form submission that does not become a booked engagement. Liability for a booked audit is set in that engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over disputes about the website, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
