Privacy notice
This notice explains how Runtime Mesh Core handles personal data when you visit the site, send an enquiry, or book an audit. It is written for the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.
The data user is Runtime Mesh Core, 31 Jln Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan 50450, Malaysia. You can reach us at audits@runtimemesh-core.digital or +60 3-20781097.
Data we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, email, optional phone number, organisation, the audit you are considering, and the message you write. From a booked engagement: the names and roles of hosts, planners, and other people you introduce us to, plus the business contact details needed to visit the yard. From the site itself: the pages you open and, if you accept cookies, a record of that choice in your browser.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers through this website. We do not buy marketing lists. We do not use the form to run automated profiling.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to answer you, to judge whether an audit is a fit, and to prepare a scoping conversation. We use engagement data to perform the audit you booked, to write the findings pack, and to keep a record of the work. We use cookie-choice data so the banner does not repeat on every page. These uses are for the performance of a request you made, for our legitimate interest in running a small professional practice, and where required to meet Malaysian law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share what we must with an email or hosting provider that carries this site, with accountants or insurers if a matter requires it, and with authorities if the law requires it. People at your organisation who host the audit will see us on site; we do not publish their names without agreement.
Keeping data
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as needed to finish the correspondence, then deleted from active mailboxes on a routine clear-down, unless the law asks us to hold them longer. Engagement files are kept for the period set in the engagement letter, typically long enough to answer a follow-up about the same yard. Cookie choice lives in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner. Write to us first at the address above so we can answer the request.
Children
This site describes professional audits for organisations that run field service applications. It is not directed at children.
