How an audit runs
A named week, a live system, and a letter the yard can use on Monday.
This is the engagement shape we use for dispatch, mobile, inventory, SLA, integration, and post go-live work. The days flex with the audit you book. The sequence does not: we will not write findings from a demonstration tenant.
Scoping conversation
You tell us which application you run, which yard we would visit, and which pain is loudest this month. We say which of the six audits fits, who would travel, and what access we need. If the work is not a fit — a full implementation, a licence sale, a data-centre review — we will say so here, before anyone diaries a week.
Access and a host
We need a named host, read-only access to the live application, a sample of job types you actually run, and permission to ride along. We do not need a data room or a scripted tour. A Tuesday that looks like every other Tuesday is the right week.
On the board and in the yard
Depending on the audit, that means sitting with planners, riding complete jobs, counting vans against the inventory screen, or walking a live record through every system it touches. We write as we go. The host can see the notebook. There is no hidden scoring model.
Findings session
Operations and, where the audit needs them, stores or IT sit together. We walk the marked-up week, the configuration that caused it, and the short list of repairs. Recommendations that cannot be explained to a planner in a minute do not belong in the pack.
The letter
You receive a written pack: what we watched, what we counted, what to change first, and what to leave alone. It is addressed to the people who run the application now. It is not a relaunch proposal unless the current system cannot be made honest.
Yards we travel to
Most weeks are in the Klang Valley. We also take engagements in Penang, Johor Bahru, and the East Coast when the host can give us a full run of live work, not a single showpiece job.
Klang Valley
Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, and the yards that feed them. Same-week travel from Jalan Ampang is normal.
Penang and the north
Island and mainland plants, with extra time built in for travel between sites if your dispatch covers both.
Johor
Pasir Gudang, Senai, and Johor Bahru contracts. We stay near the yard for the observation days rather than commuting from KL.
East Coast
Kuantan and surrounding industrial parks, booked as a block so the ride-alongs are not squeezed into a single long day.
