Van stock and inventory audit
Field applications are only as useful as the parts file. If the van stock screen is theatre, technicians stop trusting the rest of the system. This audit counts, samples, and follows parts from the cage to the job.
We count a sample of vans and cages against the live inventory screen, then reconcile the last twenty completed jobs for parts issued, parts returned, and parts that never existed in the catalogue.
Common breaks we document: duplicate SKUs after a vendor change, serialised items that were received as bulk, van replenishment that posts overnight while the crew is already on the road, and “generic part” codes that hide real consumption.
Stores, finance, and field supervisors receive the same findings, written so each team can see the entries they own. We do not sell a warehouse system. We tell you whether the one you already run can be believed.
