Post go-live health check
Go-live reports celebrate training completion. Six months later the board is full of dummy jobs, the mobile forms are half-used, and the original champion has moved on. This health check is for that quieter period.
We interview the people who run the application now, not the people who implemented it. Planners, technicians, stores, and the remaining super-users walk us through a normal week, including the steps they take outside the system.
Configuration drift is documented: fields added without training, reports that no longer match the statuses in use, licence counts that do not match active crews, and integrations that were “temporary” at cutover.
You receive a health letter: what still matches the original design, what has been quietly abandoned, and a short list of repairs that can be done without opening a new implementation project.
What the engagement includes
- Interviews with the team who run the system today
- Configuration drift and licence check
- Workaround inventory from yard and office
- Health letter with a repair list, not a relaunch plan
