Audit
Dispatch and scheduling audit
Most field service applications look orderly on a demo board. Live dispatch in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, or Penang rarely does. This audit compares what the scheduler is allowed to do with what crews actually receive before they leave the yard.
We begin with a read-only week on your live dispatch board. No workshop slides. We watch how emergency jobs bump planned work, how travel time is guessed, and whether the application’s skills matrix matches the people who actually hold the tickets.
Each late or split job is traced to a cause the software can explain: a frozen calendar, a territory polygon that ignores the PLUS highway, a “preferred technician” flag that never expires, or a capacity number nobody has updated since go-live.
You receive a findings pack: a marked-up week of the board, a list of rule changes ranked by disruption, and a short session with planners so the recommendations are spoken in their language, not in vendor vocabulary.
What the engagement includes
- Live board observation with planners and duty managers
- Skills, territory, and calendar configuration review
- Travel-time and SLA window sampling against actual arrivals
- Written findings and a planner-facing walkthrough
