Preparing your yard for an application audit

You do not need a data room. You need a normal week, a named host, and permission for us to ride along without a scripted tour.

Teams sometimes prepare for an audit as if it were a vendor assessment: polished slides, a demonstration tenant, a list of modules in scope. That preparation hides the application we came to see. We would rather arrive on a Tuesday that looks like every other Tuesday.

What helps: a host who can introduce us to planners and a shift supervisor; read-only access to the live application, not a copy from last quarter; a sample of job types you actually run this month; and permission to ride with two or three technicians who were not chosen for their patience with visitors.

What does not help: a war room of project managers, a scripted “happy path” job, or a request that we only speak to the original implementation partner. The partner’s memory of go-live is useful later. It is not the system the yard is running now.

If you are unsure where to start, book a scoping conversation. We will tell you which of the six audits fits the week you are actually having — a noisy dispatch board, a parts argument with finance, a mobile app the crews avoid — and what access we will need before we travel to Jalan Ampang or to your yard.
